We do not store anyone's personal information, payment details or contact details on any of our computers or other devices and we do not keep paper notes. We use a specialist clinical secure cloud based system for our patient notes. This specialist clinic software is used to send out our automated appointment confirmation & reminders, keep a record of treatments and relevant injury or medical history. We need contact information for every patient. You are able to request a copy at any time. Our clinical insurance requires us to keep a copy of treatment notes for up to 7 years after your last treatment. Your personal details are strictly for clinic use only. We do have the ability to send out an email to all patients on our system regardless of opt out. This would only be used in special circumstances like the coronavirus outbreak when we needed to contact all patients to inform them of special information. Your data is secure with us and we will never share or sell your information with any third parties. Contact us with any queries here.
